辦公物業整體市場成交放緩 價漲量跌

自2010年12月新增放量頻繁入市后，受宏觀政策影響，開發商開盤略顯謹慎，近期開盤項目有限。據新浪商業地產數據監控室顯示：2010年12月1日截止至2011年3月20日開盤的16個辦公項目中，本周僅有4個項目，最大成交面積不到700平米，2個項目成交面積不及百平。整體市場成交放緩，僅出現零星成交。
