北京等一線城市住房商鋪寫字樓租金漲10%左右

中廣網北京2月17日消息 據經濟之聲《天下財經》報道，從去年底開始掀起的房屋租金漲價潮，在春節后繼續放大。北京、上海、廣州等一線城市住房、商鋪、寫字樓的租金都上漲了10%左右。

觀察人士預計此次上漲將會是一個長期過程，直至房屋漲價導致失衡的房屋“租售比”到達相對合理地位。
